Created by Executive Chef and Director of Culinary for Citrico, Blend, and Truth Astoria, Chef Steven Londoño is a mastermind when it comes to Latin cuisine. Formerly of renowned LA hotspot, Guerilla Tacos, he fine-tuned his talents alongside Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand Winner, Executive Chef Wes Avilas, as well as Michelin Starred Gramercy Tavern-alum Jason Beberman.
Dive into dreamy starters like Chicharrón de Pollo served with house sofrito sauce, not to mention mains like Churrasco with Prawns (grilled skirt steak & prawns served with rice, beans, sweet plantains, pickled red onions, and chimichurri), the Salmon adjacent cilantro mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and a pineapple reduction sauce, or Filet Mignon with Lobster Tail, sided by yuca mash and broccoli.
As the night builds, all eyes turn to dessert, arriving like a grand finale, best enjoyed with the last luxurious sips of a full-bodied red or Blend’s iconic sangria. At the helm is Executive Chef Steven Londoño, Director of Culinary for Citrico, Blend, and Truth Astoria, whose command of Latin cuisine shapes every dish. A former member of the team at acclaimed LA favorite Guerrilla Tacos, Chef Londoño refined his craft under Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand–winning Executive Chef Wes Avila, as well as Jason Beberman, a Gramercy Tavern alum with Michelin-star pedigree.
