TAVO is the dynamic collaboration of chef Juan Suarez De Lezo and Francisco Decrescenzo. They both wanted to create a restaurant offering outstanding food, unparalleled service, and a unique dining experience. The cuisine is a skillful combination of Latin flavors. At TAVO, each plate is a work of art that infuses a variety of textures, flavors, colors with a modern flair. Inspired by the beauty of the Green Mountains at the foot of Sierra Madre Oriental, the interior of the restaurant infuses copper, green highlights and industrial accents as reminders of the striking mountain range and industrial city of Monterrey that sits in the valley below. The restaurant is located in a historic building in the West Village.
