Afterword, you will have a chance to evaluate a processing trial showcasing two different Lalcafe strains conducted in Santa Rosa, Guatemala. Then we’ll crack open a few of Coney Island Brewing's finest and chat with their Head Brewer about how they employ yeast and other microbes to produce some of New York's favorite beers.
