Pearl Street - Raw Bar and Restaurant is a chef’s counter. Guests are seated along the kitchen, inches from those preparing the dinner, interacting between our team and each other. Owner & Head Chef John Coppola has worked in all facets of the culinary world, including hotels, restaurants, and private catering. John graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 2003, opened his food truck in 2010, and simultaneously began private cheffing. He went on to open Bread and Spread in Dumbo in 2015. John operates Pearl Street Supper Club as the Owner and General Manager. He currently lives in Dumbo with his wife and daughter.
