This Winter, The 4th Floor Event Space at Pier 17 is hosting free fitness classes curated by some of New York’s top fitness experts. Thursday's class will be led by Trooper Fitness - a team-oriented conditioning session that involves cardio and strength training methods where each trooper is responsible for their fellow troopers’ success. This class is built to challenge you in a way that empowers both your mind and body, and helps you reach those 2020 fitness goals.
