This unique class blends pilates, barre, and sculpt to bring runners specific exercises that strengthen key muscles. This blend of moves will not only build strength and stamina for longer runs, it will also target smaller muscles for safely finding bursts during faster, shorter races. Each class will end with a runner-specific stretch session.
