Want to train like a Victoria’s Secret model? Sara Sampaio specifically named Mile High Run Club as her go-to, while Vogue dubs it “The New York Running Studio That Will Get You Marathon-Ready In 8 Weeks.” Welcome to running, reinvented. Created by celebrated running coach & former Equinox trainer Debora Warner, Mile High Run Club has transformed the solo treadmill session into an incredible boutique fitness experience, attracting everyone from first-time runners to elite athletes and Olympians along the way.
Grab your $59 pulse (a $99 Value) for 3 Classes. Think speed intervals, challenging hills and active recovery, all programmed to deliver an exhilarating HIIT workout that builds endurance, strength and fitness fast. Better yet, the workouts are effort-based, meaning you set your own pace and intensity, no running credentials required.
Ready to make it a routine? Go all-in with a $149 pulse (a $250 Value) for One Month of Unlimited Classes. The studio's elite pedigree of coaches runs deep. Two-time US Olympian and marathon star Kara Goucher has taught at MHRC, while Olympians John Henwood, John Trautmann and Michael Stember have all helped train the club's runners.
And running isn't the only way to get your heart pumping. MHRC's newer Incline class swaps running for walking paces, steep inclines and weighted vests, creating a challenging cardiovascular workout without the impact of running, ideal if pounding out miles isn't your thing.
Step onto premium Woodway treadmills, turn up the music and let your coach take care of the rest. Whether you're chasing a marathon PR, looking for a serious calorie-torching HIIT session, or haven't considered yourself a runner in your life, this is your invitation to experience the runner's high that has everyone from supermodels to Olympians coming back for more...
The Vogue-praised running studio loved by Victoria’s Secret model Sara Sampaio, Mile High Run Club is NYC's dedicated destination for turning the humble treadmill into one seriously addictive boutique workout. Sampaio has specifically named MHRC as her preferred spot for indoor runs, and Vogue even followed the supermodel as she hit the studio's treadmill while training for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show.
Behind the concept is founder Debora Warner, a running coach who began her fitness career training at Equinox. With a background in endurance sports and triathlons, Warner quickly carved out a specialty working with marathon runners, developing expertise in everything from strength and injury prevention to treadmill interval training. She began developing the idea for Mile High Run Club in 2010 after recognizing that her clients needed a better way to train.
The caliber of athletes who followed speaks for itself. Two-time U.S. Olympian Kara Goucher has taught a class at MHRC, while Warner has credited Olympians John Henwood, John Trautmann and Michael Stember with jumping into the club and training its runners both on the treadmill and outdoors on the track.
But here's the secret: you absolutely do not need to be a runner to belong here. MHRC's classes are built for different abilities, with you controlling your own pace and intensity. A beginner can train alongside an experienced marathoner, following the same workout at completely different speeds, walking included!
Expect pulsing lights, pumping music and expertly programmed intervals of speed, hills and recovery aboard premium treadmills. MHRC describes its workouts as scientifically backed and designed to improve speed, strength and fitness, with coaches there to help you push beyond what you'd accomplish alone.
Supermodel-approved, Olympian-tested and completely beginner-friendly. Whether you're training for your next race, chasing a stronger body or simply want a cardio workout that actually makes the treadmill exciting, Mile High Run Club is ready to take your workout to new heights...
