Returning for the eighth year in a row, Freeze-Tag on Wall Street makes a stupendous return, post-Occupy, post-Sandy, post-Gold-in-Sacks. We play freezetag. No matter what happens. Once again, our favorite schoolyard games in the heart of the Financial District will be re-enacted for all to join.
