Organic Valley is popping up at the Channel Gardens at Rockefeller Center during NYC Climate Week, to show how small organic dairy farms can help reverse the effects of climate change when consumers choose to support vibrant, diverse environments that produce nutritious, delicious food. The pop-up will feature farmers, Organic Valley cheese sampling, learning how to milk a (topiary) cow from a real farmer, a ‘pledge mural’ to commit to supporting small organic family farms; a vintage tractor and more!
