Brooklyn-based grooming shop Pooch’s Parlor (@poochsparlor) is partnering with PupStarz Rescue (@pupstarzrescue) to host Low Rider Weekend: a free adoption and grooming event taking place June 13th, 2026, to support 40+ Dachshunds in need. The event marks the launch of Bad B*tches Doing Good, the shop’s ongoing charitable initiative supporting rescue animals with free grooming services and adoption advocacy through partnerships with local Brooklyn shelters. The event is free and open to the public and will feature adoptable Dachshunds, light refreshments, and an opportunity for attendees to support local rescue efforts.
