Sunwoo will share her process for creating the performance project, Specially Processed American Me, and reveal why she uses SPAM as a metaphor for the Asian American experience. Attendees will get a sneak peek of her upcoming show, share reflections on SPAM, and get a taste of a special SPAM dish created by chef Lucas Sin of Junzi Kitchen.
