Serena Dai, the Editor of Eater NY, Derek Sandhaus, author of Drunk in China: Baijiu and the World’s Oldest Drinking Culture, and Lucas Sin, Chef at Junzi will be at MOFAD this Thursday for a lively discussion on Chinese food and drink. The panel will explore the traditional role of food and alcohol in Chinese culture, and how social and historical circumstances have shaped the way diners encounter it.
