Get out your tissues - the beloved indie theater Landmark Sunshine Cinema is opening its doors for one last night before being turned into an office building. Its iconic yellow sign was always such a cheerful way to know the boundary between the fratty NYU area and the trendy LES. For its last night, there will be an all-night party of poetry, comedy, live music, film screening and after-party with music provided by DJ Rich Knight. Suggested donation of $20 will benefit Essex Street Market Vendor Association.
