Bonne fête Bourdain! La Brasserie will celebrating Bourdain Day at lunch, brunch, and dinner with menus featuring the iconic chef’s best-loved dishes. The new La Brasserie, located at the original Les Halles space, is the ideal place to celebrate. Just opened, it upholds the enthusiastic spirit of Bourdain and his classic French cooking. The Bourdain Day menus will feature his favorites, especially his signature Steak Frites with Béarnaise. He also adored foie gras, here offered as a torchon appetizer, and preferred cheese for dessert. All dishes are prepared by La Brasserie’s chef, Jaime Loja, paying special homage to Bourdain.
