Following a Shakeout Run organized by Robin Hood, NYC’s largest local poverty-fighting philanthropy, the public is invited to Jersey Street for bowls of signature Carbone Fine Food pasta and a taste of its newest sauce flavors launching this fall. The event will feature pop-up vendors, a craft station by Craft Studio for sign-making, and a gifting suite stocked with Carbone Fine Food Run Club swag, hydration aids, running supplies, and more. Open on a first-come, first-served basis, the experience includes pasta bowls to power race day, exclusive running gear and merch (while supplies last), DJ entertainment, and creative sign-making fun.
