A lovely and unexpected way to enjoy the outdoors in the city: take a romantic walk along the High Line every Tuesday evening at dusk, then use the high-powered telescopes provided by the Amateur Astronomers Association of New York to observe the night sky. Check High Line's Twitter (@highlinenyc) for the updates on weather (for obvious reasons) every Tuesday by 3pm. Expect lots of romantic sights, and plan for dinner and drinks under the stars. Free and open to public, no RSVP required.
