The GMA 5K is Good Morning America’s first-ever fun run/walk, broadcast live on Good Morning America! You’re invited to join them on Governors Island in New York City for a morning of fun and fitness as only GMA can do. The day starts with a sunrise ferry ride from lower Manhattan to Governor’s Island, where you’ll gather with other runners and walkers before starting to get moving in the shadow of the city. After the run, stick around for a GMA after party with fun, food and drink, and music – and a GMA 5K tee shirt!
