While developing the Madison Square pastries for Bake It Nice, Chef @lfcro began experimenting with a cross-lamination technique. The team was so impressed with the results that she and her team have since incorporated the same method into their bread-making process. Guests can now enjoy the laminated bread in the restaurant and pick up the beloved Madison Squares at this weekend’s Bake It Nice event on Saturday, October 18, starting at 11 a.m. While supplies last!
