In celebration of Black History Month The Sphinx Organization will be performing at the Dwyer Cultural Center.
The Sphinx Organization is a national non-profit founded in 1996 by Aaron P. Dworkin, a graduate of the Interlochen Arts Academy and the University of Michigan (B.B. and M.M). A violinist himself, he founded the organization to help overcome the cultural stereotype of classical music, and to encourage the participation of Blacks and Latinos in the field.
There is no cost for admission but RSVP is required. Call to RSVP: 212-459-1854 or email dwyercc@dwyercc.org
