Summer would not be Summer here in NYC without Giant Step's annual Summerstage show. Over the years presented artists such as Fela Kuti, Lamb, Jamie Lidell, Janelle MonaE, Gilles Peterson, and Cinematic Orchestra. Last year was one of our best with live performances by Q-Tip, Little Dragon and Chester French.

Raphael Saadiq is a one man show. He learned to play guitar, drums & bass by the age of six, was singing with a professional group at nine and toured with Prince and Sheila E. when graduating from high school. He was one of the original members of the hit group Tony! Toni! Tone, and has produced hits for Artists such as Joss Stone, D'Angelo, The Roots, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, and many more.
