Brought to life by the festival masterminds behind pulsd-favorite events like the NYC Wine Fest, Brooklyn Whiskey & Spirits Festival, and NYC Beer Fest, this annual shindig shines a spotlight on the extraordinary world of agave. The story begins in the fields of Mexico, where generations of jimadores carefully cultivate the agave plant before transforming it into one of the world's most beloved spirits.
The magic starts with the piña, the heart of the agave plant. Tequila producers slow-cook it to unlock bright, smooth, citrus-kissed flavors, while mezcal artisans roast theirs in underground pits to create the rich smokiness that has made mezcal the darling of cocktail bars everywhere. From crisp and peppery to earthy, herbal, floral, and complex, every glass treats your palate to a new expression of agave's remarkable versatility.
