Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton and finance Marc Mezvinsky are tying the knot July 31 at Astor Courts in Rhinebeck, NY. The two met in New York City and will be wedding upstate, and even though they've apparently shelled out $30,000 for security, we thought it would be worth a mention - even though your dreams of wedding crashing will never come to fruition with this one. We don't even know what time the ceremony is - no one does, apparently - but if you're into hanging around Rhinebeck, maaaaaaybe you'll catch sight of some famous faces.
