Black Friday is generally not a New York thing. We do not get up at 4 in the morning to mob a big box store (oh the very thought!). But, we are in favor of shopping local designers and artisans while listening to some live music, drinking some beer and munching on quality Carolina BBQ. Arrogant Swine is hosting its annual Black Friday festival which doubles as a food drive for the needy. Just bring a can of food and enjoy all the fun, including an open mic and a hot wing eating contest.
