Join moderator Jason Wachob, founder of MindBodyGreen.com, for a discussion with Tara about her new book, "Yoga Cures: Simple Routines to Conquer Over 50 Common Ailments and Live Pain-Free," and with William about his new book, "The Science of Yoga: The Risks and the Rewards."
