Two New York institutions are coming together to celebrate National Bagel & Lox Day the way it was meant to be enjoyed. Zucker’s Bagels and Acme Smoked Fish will take over Acme’s iconic Fish Friday for a one-day collaboration rooted in craft, community, and seriously good food.
