Coffee is getting a spicy remix on the Lower East Side! Oatly and Korean-American artist and producer Yaeji are opening Café Yaeji for two days only, transforming a Ludlow Street storefront into an immersive café inspired by Korea’s beloved dabangs — gathering places for generations of artists, writers, and music lovers. Stop by September 19-20 to score a free iced Gochujang Latte, blending espresso and Oatly Barista Edition with a gochujang-vanilla base, salted vanilla cold foam, and a dusting of gochugaru for a sweet, creamy, savory, and subtly spicy sip. The pop-up runs from 9:00am-3:00pm each day, so come curious — and thirsty.
