As part of the larger climate movement, World Animal Protection is parking a hybrid solar-powered food truck on 6th Avenue across the street from Union Square during New York City Climate Week. In partnership with Daring Foods, they will be offering up free plant-based Jerk Daring Chicken Satay with a Tropical Fruit Salsa! This event aims to raise awareness on how skyrocketing meat consumption around the world is contributing to climate change.
