For a divine holiday treat, preorder an exquisite Bûche de Noël crafted by the highly acclaimed Pastry Chef Francois Payard. Francois, former Pastry Chef at the Four-Star Le Bernardin and multiple-time “Pastry Chef of the Year”, will be serving two versions of the classic holiday sweet: "The Night Before Christmas" (chocolate sponge cake, 70% bitter chocolate mousse, coconib nougatine, chocolate cremeux, and dark chocolate glaze) and "The White Christmas" (coconut sponge cake, mango-passion fruit mousse, roasted pineapple-apple cider compote, white chocolate glaze and snowflake meringue) each sure to add a dose of decadence and joy to your holidays!
