Carma's menu has been expertly crafted by the world renowned culinary team behind Din Tai Fung in collaboration with TAO Group and features healthy, balanced, and locally sourced ingredients.
Dim sum are made to order, with options ranging from Crab Soup Dumplings to Shanghainese Pork Shu Mai. Tapas range from Five-Spice Beef with pickled radish to Peking Duck Tacos with homemade hoisin BBQ sauce. At Carma, there's a dish to satisfy every palate.
