Bistro Ten 18 is celebrating Christmas Eve with a prix fixe menu and complimentary eggnog on Friday, December 24 from 5:00 to 11:00 p.m. The menu begins with Corttland Apple and Endive Salad. The entree is Roasted Colorado Lamb Rib Chop with a red wine rosemary glace, cipollini onions, butternut squash timbale and braised kale with applewood bacon. Dessert is Almond Cake with grilled pineapple, burnt orange sauce and vanilla gelato. The cost is $38. The regular menu will also be available. Cheese, dessert, and cocktails will be served until 1:00 a.m.
