Most of us are familiar with coffee (the bean), but what about coffee cherry (the fruit)? You’re invited to a side-by-side bean vs. fruit coffee tasting. You'll sample Cascara Fizz (a clear expression of the coffee cherry) and Cold Brew (a clear expression of the bean) to explore and celebrate the whole coffee fruit. Guest chefs will experiment with coffee cherry and sample out small bites for even more flavor exploration.
