Repurposing obsolete phone booths, artist Damián Ortega and Bree Zucker, director of New York’s Kurimanzutto gallery, have taken these former eye-sores and utilized the space to create art. Spanning 12 phone kiosks down 6th Avenue, the exhibit titled TITAN features the work of artists such as Minerva Cuevas, Jimmie Durham, and Rirkrit Tiravanija in place of advertisements.
