ETWC is located on 16 acres of lush farmland in Andover, New Jersey. Their grounds include an indoor riding ring, an outdoor riding ring, trails through their pastures, as well as a 60-foot round pen.
Their approach to riding is based on "Centered Riding" - an innovative way of expressing the classical principles of riding, using body awareness, centering, and imagery. It teaches a language that allows clearer communication between horse, rider, and instructor.
Centered Riding is based on human & horse anatomy, balance, movement, and the understanding of how the mind affects the body, and how both affect the horse. This coordinated technique allows both horse and rider to move more freely and comfortably for the best performance.
