Your host for the evening is Chef Claus Meyer, the venerated chef and the best-selling author of The Nordic Kitchen. You will join other food and art aficionados to experience 30 of the best restaurants in Manhattan.
These awe-inspiring creations will be paired with sommelier-selected wines and savored against the backdrop of Sotheby's stunning contemporary art collection, including original collages by artist and architect Richard Meier.
