Get festive for the season at the Castro Tree Lighting Ceremony on November 29. Merchants all along Upper Market and Castro will be celebrating for this annual bash, and will be featuring holiday carols from the Lesbian and Gay Freedom Band, San Francisco Gay Men's Chorus, San Francisco Lesbian and Gay Chorus and Metropolitan Community Church Choirs. Special guests Mr. and Mrs. Claus as well as their elves are rumored to attend, but we are pretty confident that they wouldn't let our city down...
