High 45 - 45 minutes. Running-only, interval-based class consisting of HIIT work on the tread. This class will include speed play and/or hills with active recovery periods in the mix..
Distance - All-tread 60 minute class. Expect some longer intervals including speedplay and hillwork coupled with active recovery periods.
