Developed by esteemed restaurateur Jorge Guzman and repping a kitchen helmed by Executive Chef Mario Hernandez (La Esquina, Ofrenda, Yerba Buena Perry), Temerario brings an inimitable combination of authenticity and creativity that has put the neighborhood gem on the map.
An exceptionally fresh and ingredients-driven lineup of eats showcases Chef Hernandez's contemporary approach to cuisine via culturally rich, decadent plates of starters like Queso Fundido - a three cheese fondue with avocado, pico de gallo, and corn tortillas.
Next, dive into the Pescado a la Brasa - aka Branzino - with corn, quinoa, spinach, red rice, morita butter salsa, or slow-braised Carne Asada (dry-aged 12 oz steak, cauliflower puree, pistachio crumbs, roasted cipolina, epazote chimichurri) and a side of Sweet, Fried Plantains with queso fresco and salsa verde.
