At Salud in SoHo, creativity pours into every glass, dish, and vibe. Head to the corner of Mulberry & Grand and you'll unearth this gem, inspired by Mediterranean cuisine & Manhattan energy. Your fare is a love letter to global flavors, while the vibe is nothing short of New York City magic.
Grab your $39 pulse (a $102 value) for a 2 Course Dinner For Two that includes 2 Steak Frites, 1 Dessert, and 1 Bottle of House Red or White Wine or 2 Cocktails.
The decor is sumptuous and socially-inclined, as imagined by Designer Sebastian Hunter. Think 115-year-old brickwork, grapevine chandeliers, moss, and custom furniture, elevated even more by a drinks program that's superb. Sip sommelier-selected wines or opt for cocktails, each elixir a decadence you have to taste to believe.
The Steak Frites are beyond divine, serving up the juiciest, most succulent cut, siding it with fries crisped & salted to perfection, and the sauce of your choice, be it creamy béarnaise, tangy chimichurri, velvety green peppercorn, or rich red wine shallot jus.
Follow that with a sweet finish a lá Crème Brûlée - what's not to adore?
Enter into Salud in SoHo, and fall head over heels. Nestled inside what was once the city’s oldest gun shop, its 115-year-old brickwork carefully is preserved and reimagined. Nearly every detail was handcrafted, from grapevine chandeliers to custom furniture, infusing the space with an intimate, imperfect, deeply human feel.
You can thank Designer Sebastian Hunter. Nearly everything in the space, from the chandelier to the shelving and styling, was hand-built, curated, or installed. The result is a restaurant shaped by intention, craft, and character. It’s designed to feel like a wabi-sabi garden that slowly overgrew with time and, once discovered, was transformed into a place to gather and dine.
Eddie Larios (Owner as well as the Partner and Creative Director of Cure Companies) is also driving the ship, using his skills as a multidisciplinary creative director to the table. His career includes serving as Design Director at ELLE Magazine and Refinery29, as well as co-founding SurfYogaBeer.
Eddie has created restaurant concepts such as Salud Café, Taco Mahal, Bombay Curry Co., and SALUD in SoHo. At Cure Companies, he has shaped the visual identity for projects including Padel United Sports Club, Spring House Tenafly, the upcoming Blackwood Club, and Rosto Chicken, combining design vision with an intuitive understanding of how people connect with spaces and brands.
As you admire the scene, the aromas of sensational fare hit your senses. Chef Juan is the brains behind the kitchen magic, infusing his decades of experience with his flair for the creative. At the heart of the menu is Mediterranean inspiration, but infused with New York City cool. In other words, it honors SoHo's artistic legacy while embracing modern culinary innovation & European culinary mastery.
Behind the bar, expect a lineup of wines that would make an oenophile blush. Go for a robust red to heighten your Steak Frites feast, or dive into a few cocktails. Whether it's a delicate garnish or a wow-inducing flavor profile, every concoction is a masterpiece.
Bottoms up, forks at the ready...this is an indulgent dream come true...
All selections will be made from the restaurant's full dinner menu.
