Founder & Executive Chef Daniel Filipchuk upholds a long standing tradition of sourcing the best caviar from around the globe alongside Brooklyn Seafood Company Manager Zakary Litwak, with both aiming for sustainability and quality that has allowed them to become one of the leading suppliers of caviar in the world.
Their caviar can be found in over 300 restaurants and luxury hotels around the world, and is coveted for its high quality presentation & flavor.
