At the helm of the kitchen is Chef Fahri Ateçoglu, whose visionary approach to Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine was honed at The Turk, aka Istanbul’s only two-Michelin-starred restaurant. Now as Chef de Cuisine at Nar, he brings that same brilliance to every plate. He joins forces with Executive Chef Semih Tagdemir, a revered expert in Turkey’s gastronomic traditions.
Relish the sweetness of Apricot Pancakes adorned with mixed berries & syrup, while savory plates like the Turkish Wagyu Cheeseburger shine, stacked on a brioche bun with sharp cheddar and pickled red cabbage. The Menemen is also a treat repping scrambled eggs, spicy tomato sauce, and green peppers.
