The result of a collaborative partnership with none other than Kung Fu Tea (aka the largest American bubble tea company), the New York City location is ready to showcase their slurp-worthy handmade noodles and fresh ingredients, with each delectable creation made in-house, from scratch everyday.
Think Karaage fried chicken & citrus Kewpie, followed by hot, steamy ramen like the Shoyu with hot noodles, warm soy sauce-based broth, chashu pork and a shoyu egg, or the Tsukemen, repping handmade noodles that you dip into a savory broth. A Forbes-featured gem nestled in Chelsea, Yasubee Ramen is a beloved Japanese ramen brand founded in 1951 in Tokyo’s iconic Omoide Yokocho alley. Since making its debut in New York, this marks Yasubee’s first international location after operating more than 80 restaurants across Japan.
In collaboration with Kung Fu Tea, Yasubee will serve up their signature blends (hello, Brown Sugar Milk Tea!), all while you cuddle up to the warmth of its atmosphere, top notch service, and soul-comforting broths prepared slowly, from scratch, and using the finest ingredients sourced locally and from Japan.
Known for its signature tsukemen (thick, chewy homemade noodles served with a separate dipping broth), Yasubee also dishes out classic bowls of ramen, donburi, and Japanese favorites.
