A Japanese favorite since 1951, with some 80 locations across Japan, Yasubee has teamed up with bubble tea powerhouse Kung Fu Tea to bring its noodle wizardry stateside. Chef Robert and his culinary crew are firing up the kitchen with handmade noodles, flavor-loaded broths, and Japanese street-food favorites. "Perfect ramen spot for a cold winter day! The waiter was super attentive. We had a pulsd voucher so that included one appetizer, we chose the soy wings which were okay, more to the sweet side. I also tried the matcha IPA, and if you enjoy matcha you definitely enjoying this! I really enjoyed the miso broth, very tasty. You have an option to make them spicy which I really recommend because they have some amazing chilli oil. For dessert we got the basque cheesecake which was so creamy and light! Overall great experience, service and ambiance. Super recommend."
