The Winter Food & Wine Festival celebrates two of the most joy-inducing culinary themes around: Holidays and Truffles. Each featured dish tells a story of the season, from Natale (Christmas) in Sicily to Capodano (New Year's) in Rome, to the foothills of Piedmont foraging for fragrant truffles that literally cost more than gold.
Only Eataly's encyclopedic archives of authentic Italian delights could assemble such an extraordinary banquet, ranging from the Polpette Meatballs to the Mozzarella & Roasted Butternut Squash Purée, plus the Chunked 18-Month Aged Parmigiano Reggiano drizzled with organic black truffle oil.
