As for food, Michelin-starred chef Andrew Carmellini's (The Dutch, Lafayette, William Value) signature dishes including the Tuna Tartar Puff & Toasted Sesame will be served; as will favorites from Francesco Panella (Antica Pesa). Even Wylie Dufresne's (wd-50, Alder) Du's Donuts will be offering sweet pairings.

Join The Firehouse team, the people who brings you pulsd's annual Taste Williamsburg fundraiser, for what will be another great event for the same mission - to raise money to convert the historic shuttered engine house on Wythe Ave and N8th Street into a community and cultural center.
Taste your way through 60+ different types of wines; chilled whites, fruity reds, unique oranges and refreshing rosés - all provided by Park Avenue's much loved Sherry-Lehmann Wine and Spirits.
The menu for the evening includes creations by the top restauranteurs mentioned above, as well as lots of Fresh Milled Whole Wheat Roma Style Pizza from the Williamsburg Hotel.
Live performances by acclaimed indie-soul artist Danielia Cotton and guitarist Tony Bruno will provide the early entertainment, followed by DJ sets that will be sure to get you onto The Bowl's famed dance floor...
