TH Strength - 60 minutes of upper, lower, or total body traditional lift exercises designed to build muscular strength, endurance, and mass.
TH Conditioning - 60 minutes of consistent transitions from explosive to non-explosive exercises combined with resistance and velocity training techniques, plus active recovery periods to maintain an elevated heart rate for maximum caloric burn and fat loss.
Normatec Recovery Session - 30 minutes of compression and massage using the patented Normatec Pulse Massage Pattern to reduce muscle soreness and improve circulation.
