One of the most distinguished culinary events in the country, Taste Talks brings together the most acclaimed chefs, editors, cookbook authors, and other stars to serve their signature creations and present the future of food culture.
Curated this year by James Beard-winning chef Sean Brock, the All-Star BBQ promises a cookout that is a cut above all the rest. Choose from Entry A (12:00pm until 2:30pm) or Entry B (2:30pm until 5:00pm), knowing that no matter which time you choose, you will be treated to an all-out feast!
Enjoy unlimited BBQ fare hailing from the American South, to Japan, India, the Philippines, and more. There will be Billy Durney representing Hometown Bar-B-Cue ("the best BBQ restaurant in NYC," according to the Eater) and Sohui Kim of Insa ("From the first bite, I knew I would like Insa," hailed Pete Wells of The NY Times).
