The purpose of Taste of Harlem is to shine a spotlight on the incredible restaurants and vendors that make Harlem a culinary and cultural destination. By bringing together food lovers, community members, and local businesses, they aim to boost visibility, spark interest, and support the growth of Harlem’s vibrant food and small business scene.
As part of the event, they’ll also debut a comprehensive guide that highlights not only the participating eateries, but also Harlem’s diverse retail shops, historic landmarks, and educational institutions, offering a full picture of what makes this neighborhood so unique and dynamic.
The lineup for the fest is beyond impressive - we're talking New York Times Critic's Pick LoLo's Seafood Shack, as well as other New York Times favorites like Dinosaur Bar-B-Que and Charles Chicken.
