Come time for Omakase, be wowed by a procession of exquisite presentations of freshly-caught morsels such as Big Eye Tuna, Hawaiian Yellowtail, Fatty Tuna Belly, Japanese Red Snapper, Salmon Roe & more.
But the indulgence doesn't end there! Opt for the King of NY Specialty Roll with King Crab and avocado, sprinkled with red tobiko, and the Red Dragon, comprised of spicy tuna, crunch tuna, and the famed spicy mayo, made using soy sauce, ponzu, and other secret infusions that give it a unique flavor of its own (that you also get to take home).
