Whether you come for the "hefty roster of agave drinks" or the menu that "includes an array of Mexican crowd-pleasers" (The New York Times), Rosa has it all, and it's all so divinely scrumptious. The core of it all is Latin American, with the pulse of New York City ingenuity and a splash of Asian influence interwoven throughout. Think Empanadas and Tacos, merged with Yuzu Margaritas and ponzu-laced sashimi.

It's the work of Lorena Rivera and Rob Batchelder, the brains behind ChefScape, a chef-driven culinary incubator where emerging food brands, restaurants, and innovators launch, grow, and scale their businesses. Combining commercial kitchens, co-packing, fulfillment, meal production, and business support, it provides the infrastructure needed to turn ambitious culinary concepts into thriving brands.

They've brought on the talents of Executive Chef Angel Sanchez, whose brilliance is evident from the menu to the final presentation. Fusion is the most basic way to describe Sanchez's work, which leans on Mexican, Chilean, Peruvian, Asian and other cuisines to create something truly magnificent and unique.

The beverage program is equally impressive, boasting craft cocktails that blur the line between artistry and mischief. Wines are hyper curated from every corner of the globe, while rotating beers showcase local & imported expressions.

The interiors will wrap you in rich hues of red, green, gold, and neutral wood, embracing the romance of Latin culture & cuisine while immersing you in a touch of evocative seduction. This one is sure to make you swoon...

All selections will be made from the restaurant's full dinner menu.

The wagyu beef tacos were so tender, and if you like mole you have to get the mole duck breast. It's literally the perfect flavoring. Tres leches cake was a perfect ending to a fabulous dinner!"

  • "Incredible food, service, and drinks in a beautiful space. The Yuzu margarita with mezcal was especially amazing. Can't wait to go again!"
