Opened in 2024 by entrepreneur Francesco Realmuto (Puya, Filaga, L'arte del Gelato), Realmuto celebrates Italian and International cuisine while focusing on the integrity of ingredients and recipes, and especially focusing on excellent service and presentation.
Executive Chef Mauro Campanale is barely 30 years old yet from the days of learning his craft in his family's farmhouse in Bari, Italy, he has already traveled the world. He started training under Michelin Starred Chef Alex Atala in São Paulo before spending time in London at Locanda Locatelli under Chef Giorgio Locatelli.
