You'll have access to the front rooms, as well as Noble, the VIP back room that features a modern decor with an old-school twist. Surrounded by golden lion’s heads, wall-mounted candles, chrome booths and a blue-lit bar stocked with fine liquors, you can celebrate Halloween with elegance and vintage flair.

PS450 is three handsomely designed venues in one: the front bar features a stunning 32 foot wood-topped bar and French doors facing the bustling Park Avenue South; further in, you'll find yourself in a sexy lounge area with gold wall paper and leather banquettes.
Finally, you'll be led to Noble New York, a sexy cocktail den with velvet furnishings, custom wooden tables and deep navy blue, wood paneled walls - the ideal setting for stylish scenesters who keep the party going until the early morning.
